  • How do I request a refund?

    It's simple.  Go to the HubSpot marketplace and click the purchased tab.  Click the dropdown on the pack or single template and then select "request a refund."

    I'll receive an email that you've requested a refund and will reach out to you personally to let you know that I got the request and am happy to process it. 

  • What if it's after 30 days?

    Refund requests after 30 days will be issued on a case-by-case basis. If for example you reach out to me on day 33 because the weekend happened or you got super slammed at work, I'm happy to accommodate.  I mean we're all human right?

    But for example if it's day 45 or maybe 3 months after you've made the purchase and you make a refund request, that puts me in a  difficult position. Bookkeeping and accounting has already be processed. In some cases commissions paid out.  I'm sure you understand what I'm saying here.

  • What if I've used the 2-free hours?

    The chances that you'll request a refund after utilizing the 2-free customization hours that come with the CLEAN Premium Pack are super slim.  In fact it's never happened.

    However, if you've taken advantage of the 2-free hours within the first 30 days and still request a refund, I'll refund you the difference between the price you paid for the CLEAN pack ($997) and my going market rate for a 2-hour customization pack (currently $400). 

  • Why 30 days?

    Great question!  As I'm sure you've seen a trend with software companies is to offer a free 2-week trial.  Since I understand that the HubSpot platform has a learning curve of its own, I want to make sure you have ample time to leverage the templates and understand how they work. 

    In my opinion 30 days is totally fair.

  • Will you try and dissuade me?

    Short answer is no. Not at all. I want you to be happy.

    However, if I can help correct an issue or better illustrate how to use a feature of the templates as a remedy, that may be a win-win for both of us.

    At the very end of the day, your happiness is my happiness.

  • This sounds too good. What's the catch?
